Wendell and I worked together for 19 years. We lived as next door neighbors as well, so I knew him very well. Our kids grew up and went to school together. He loved his wife and children very much. Wendell was a great father and community worker. I will miss him and our trips to the Gator bowl to see His beloved 'BullDawgs' play. May God bless his sons, Graig, Kelly and their families. Rest in Peace my Friend!

I am Wendell's first cousin. Our father's were brothers. Wendell was one of my favorite cousins...and whenever we were growing up, he stayed with us in the summer near Cecil, GA to work in tobacco... I am so sorry that he has passed away...but know that he will be so missed by his children and grandchildren.
